7) Conclusion

   With regard to fourth-generation renewable energy technology, the choice lies in further developing one of the twelve identified free energy effects. Specifically for educational purposes, a replicable model must be developed, based on electromagnetic (or nuclear, isotopic) instability, as the demonstration model par excellence for teaching the basic principle of natural rotation (of fermions and larger rotational systems) as a potential energy source. This allows one to break through the equivalence principle upon which prevailing relativism is based. Even if that machine is perhaps an extremely unproductive, self-sustaining overunity equilibrium machine and if, for example, water and vortex technologies might be much more effective, the primary concern is the scientific experimental grasp of the matter that enables education or the transfer of knowledge. The idea of an unfeasible perpetual motion machine must give way to the feasible idea of a converter of the time energy of the relative ether, or of vacuum or space energy at the quantum mechanical level. This represents a paradigm shift. If such a motor - based on natural electromagnetic dynamics - is developed, relativism will come to an end, and we can speak of a collective liberation: a new humanity in a new era with a vast array of new perspectives. Practically speaking, until that paradigm shift becomes a reality, we are best served in this energy issue by third-generation conversion systems, particularly for solar and geothermal energy, because the sustainable energy from the sun and geothermal heat is closest to the potential energy of free space. The virtual space energy of the primordial ether, spacetime, gave rise to solar energy, which forms the basis for all life on Earth, with geothermal energy as the closest, cleanest, and most natural form of nuclear energy. In physical terms, light and the sun’s energy - with the photon as a measurable material particle and the glowing Earth’s core of nickel and iron as the closest energetic quantum-mechanical effect - are thus the closest to the primordial source. That is why solar energy - or the nuclear energy or thermal energy of the Earth captured in a reactor vessel, as with LENR technologies - is, in material terms, currently the preferred third-generation winner. Since the sun and its planets are secondary conglomerations of stellar dust from previously exploded primary stars, one might perhaps be better off speaking of supernova energy. The sun and geothermal heat essentially constitute supernova afterglow effects.

   The graviton or ether unit, as a protomaterial particle, is only significant if there is a fourth-generation magnetic motor that demonstrates that the behavior of that particle - composed of pure time energy, through the interplay of the conservative forces of electromagnetism and inertial force - can be converted into kinetic and thus electrical energy. For that experiment to succeed, a hierarchically ordered understanding of the order of time and the interrelationship of fundamental particles of nature is required. Without this Hierarchical Particle Theory (HPT) and the option of vertical energy conversion it contains, it will be difficult to remain motivated to develop the magnetic motor, and the world’s energy policy will not simply shift for the better, but will instead slide further into even more crises in relation to nature. Nuclear energy, particularly the necessary clean variant, poses a puzzle of quantum mechanics that leads to endless theoretical discussions and political despair in the absence of experimental breakthroughs.Solar and wind energy also present problems in the form of geopolitical and economic crises. Conducting experiments requires theoretical considerations that support and guide those decisive experiments. The reverse  - having effects first and only then a theory - poses another problem. Without theoretical certainty and substantiation, neither education nor scientific progress is possible. Relying solely on industrial enterprise based on inventions outside the realms of politics and science will not move us forward either; we will remain stuck in control issues rooted in cultural neurosis. The destructive impact of the internal combustion engine and the apparent necessity of the unsustainable, dangerous, and environmentally harmful solution of the nuclear power plant based on nuclear fission - which is, in fact, a souped-up steam engine - must come to an end. We need a better understanding of the nuclear processes at the Earth’s core. That understanding must lead to clean nuclear energy from fusion power plants or smaller, individual, safe reactors for use in a car or household. The energy technology of the future is ultimately clean nuclear energy. After all, nuclear energy has the highest energy density. We must work with a replicable experiment that has evolved from the cold fusion research underway since Fleishman and Pons’ initial tentative observations of a “supernova”-like nuclear afterglow effect below the Coulomb barrier using deuterium and palladium. We must move away from the Einsteinian definition of energy as a derivative of matter. The dark energy we wish to harness is hidden within the crystal lattices of nickel and other core metals. The Rossi patents suggest that this energy can be released using hydrogen, temperature, and pressure. We must view it as a derivation of the energy that exists as a dynamic interplay of the fundamental forces of nature - that is, the energy inherent in the natural order of time. And then we must also begin to see that natural order for what it is, and not as we find it pragmatically convenient to handle. The pursuit of electric transportation, households, businesses, and the associated power plants that run on energy extracted as close as possible to the source of all natural energy is the only correct objective. The natural order of time forms, both theoretically in the HDT and practically in the experiments as described, the foundation upon which this new culture and energy policy, this new - or rather renewed - world order, is based. In contrast to standard time with its averages, time zones, and daylight saving rules - and the cultural confusion they cause in political and scientific spheres - it is, after all, the natural order of time with its religious and philosophical traditions that not only sustains the electron spin quantum-mechanically, but also embodies the uniqueness and renewal of the present of the planetary clock with its nine hands representing all the planets and the moon. Every moment on that clock is always unique and entirely new, and that sense of time forms the basis for our consciousness in a new paradigm of energy generation.

   Ultimately, with the realization of the need for a new energy policy based on direct extraction, every religion, political movement, economic perspective, and scientific paradigm must find its supportive, educational, productive, and administrative role within the broader framework of a new integration of world culture. A culture based on the love of an all-encompassing, syncretic, material, and spiritual knowledge - in short, a culture we might call filognostic. And that is a culture without winners and losers, because moving up or down the social ladder is, in material and spiritual terms, a relative phenomenon - something more closely tied to individual talent and the wisdom of a certain mature personality than to a group ego driven by this or that material self-interest. Citizen identities are more or less fixed as a social structure, but the citizen’s free choice regarding them is guaranteed because level of abstraction, career choice, age, and experience are all variables of an identity that is constantly changing over the course of a lifetime. Filognosy, literally love of knowledge, is the term we claim here to describe the systematic coherence of the various viewpoints not only in ether politics but in the entire field of all perspectives (including epistemologically in its various forms of logic). All of this is directly linked to the basic classification of our reality according to our hierarchically structured HDT model of thought: the dualism of the manifest and non-manifest perfect whole comprising the integrity of space, matter, and time together, which must then be humanized within a political system into a coherent vision or gnosis. This humanization entails systematically countering the corruption of the means of energy extraction - in our case - for the sake of a shared rationality or global culture. With this classification, the means is found in the six aspects of scientific knowledge and its paradigmatic power (i.e., of the manifest versus the non-manifest in space), of cultural beauty and the renunciation of the way of life associated with it (of the aforementioned manifest and non-manifest matter), and of religiously regulated fame and politically regulated wealth (with available and unavailable time; see further article). The goal thus consists of Homo sapiens, the culture of knowledge of an integral, filognostic vision that has been systematically constructed from various forms of valid logic, comprising 1) philosophical-methodological thinking and paradigmatic-scientific thinking (i.e., the manifest and non-manifest aspects of facts); 2) analytical-artistic, pedagogical-therapeutic thinking and consciousness-unifying thinking (i.e., the manifest and non-manifest aspects of the principles); and 3) religious thinking that stands in contrast to political commentary (i.e., the manifest and non-manifest aspects of the original person).We have thus outlined the six different forms of the basic logic of filognosy. Together with what we described above, they reflect the manifest and non-manifest aspects of the three basic elements of nature: time, ethereal space, and electromagnetic matter. The manifest and the non-manifest are of essential importance when considering our topic of energy policy. After all, they provide the two elements that form the basis of the energy conversion of the new, direct-energy paradigm. In this, we move from the non-manifest immaterial to the manifest energy captured in a certain invention that represents a particular way of thinking within this new all-encompassing paradigm. Being in unity with this diversity in our consciousness - as the European Union has set as its goal - means that we are engaged in the direct transformation of the unseen energy found freely in nature into the manifest reality of its electrifying relativity across all layers of global culture. In this way, we not only transform the energy from a non-manifest existence into a manifest function, but we also, conversely, transform philosophy into a paradigmatic grasp, the analysis of the dual and plural into a correct metaphysical overview, and we transform religion into a concrete, identity-conscious politics based on human rights. And thus is the new paradigm for the 21st century described in its entirety. The energy issue has been successfully resolved with a better, filognostic sense of the order of time, space, and matter. 1:In 1920, Einstein wrote in *Grundgedanken und Methoden der Relativitätstheorie in ihrer Entwicklung dargestellt*: "Therefore, in 1905, I was of the opinion that one should no longer speak of the ether in physics at all. This judgment, however, was too radical, as we shall see in the following considerations on the general theory of relativity. Rather, as before, it remains permissible to assume a space-filling medium if one can identify electromagnetic fields (and certainly matter as well) as its state.’ In a lecture shortly thereafter in the Netherlands, he said: ‘There can be no space nor any part of space without gravitational potentials,’ concluding with: 'Recapitulating, we may say that according to the general theory of relativity space is endowed with physical qualities; in this sense, therefore, there exists an ether.
