7) Conclusie
Wat
betreft
de
vierde generatie
technologie voor duurzame energie bestaat er een keuze uit het verder
ontwikkelen van een van de twaalf gevonden vrije energie-effecten. Men
moet daarbij specifiek voor het onderwijs een repliceerbaar model
ontwikkelen,
gebaseerd op elektromagnetische (dan wel kernenergetische, isotopische)
instabiliteit, als hèt demonstratiemodel bij uitstek voor het
onderricht
betreffende het basisbeginsel van de natuurlijke rotatie (van fermionen
en grotere rotatiesystemen) als potentiële energiebron. Daarmee
kan men
het equivalentieprincipe
doorbreken waar het heersende
relativisme op is gebaseerd. Zelfs al is die machine wellicht een
uiterst
inproductieve, zelflopende overunity evenwichtsmachine en zijn b.v
water- en
vortextechnologieën misschien veel effectiever, het gaat in eerste
instantie om de wetenschappelijke experimentele greep op de zaak die
onderwijs of overdracht van kennis mogelijk maakt. Het idee van een
niet haalbare perpetuum mobile moet plaats maken voor het haalbare idee
van een omzetter van de tijdenergie van de relatieve ether, ofwel van
de vacuüm- of ruimte-energie op quantummechanisch niveau. Dit
houdt
een paradigmawisseling in.
Als die motor gebaseerd op een natuurijke elektromagnetische dynamica
er is, is het relativisme ten einde en kunnen we
van een collectieve bevrijding spreken, een nieuwe mens in een nieuw
tijdperk met een enorm aantal nieuwe perspectieven. Praktisch gesproken
is men, totdat die paradigma-omslag een feit is, in deze energiekwestie
het beste gediend met derde generatie omzettingssystemen voor met name
zonne-energie en geothermische energie omdat de duurzame energie
van
de zon en de aardwarmte het dichtst staat
bij de potentiële energie van de vrije ruimte. De virtuele
ruimte-energie van de oerether, de ruimtetijd, leidde tot de zonne-energie
die
de basis vormt voor al het leven op aarde met de aardwarmte als de
meest nabije, schone en natuurlijke vorm van kernenergie. Met het
licht, met de energie van de zon zit
men dus fysiek gesproken, met het foton als een meetbaar materieel
deeltje en de gloeiende aardkern van nikkel en ijzer als het meest
nabije energetisch quantum-mechanische effect, het dichtst bij de
oerbron. Daarom verdient zonne-energie, dan wel de kernenergie of
thermische energie van de aarde gevangen in een reactorvat - zoals met
LENR-technologieën- ,
materieel geproken voorlopig als derde-generatiewinnaar de voorkeur.
Aangezien de zon en zijn planeten secundaire conglomeraties van
sterrenstof zijn uit eerder ontplofte primaire sterren, zou je ook
misschien beter van supernova-energie kunnen spreken. De zon en de
aardwarmte vormen in beginsel supernova nagloei-effecten.
Het
graviton of de
etherunit als een protomaterieel deeltje is slechts van belang als er
de vierde generatie magneetmotor is die laat zien dat de werking van
dat deeltje van pure tijdenergie, met het tegen elkaar uitspelen van de
conservatieve krachten van het elektomagnetisme en de inertiële
kracht, te converteren is in kinetische en dus elektrische
energie. Om
dat experiment te doen slagen is er een hiërarchisch geordend
inzicht in de orde van de tijd en de samenhang van fundamentele
deeltjes van de natuur nodig. Zonder deze Hiërarische
Deeltjesheorie (HDT) en de optie van de verticale omzetting van energie
daarin vervat, kunnen we moeilijk verder gemotiveerd blijven voor het
ontwikkelen van de magneetmotor en zal de energiepolitiek van deze
wereld niet zonder meer ten gunste veranderen, maar zal men veeleer
verder afglijden in nog meer crises in relatie tot de natuur.
Kernenergie, met name de noodzakelijk schone variant, vormt een raadsel
van de quantummechanica die leidt tot eindeloze theoretische discussies
en politieke wanhoop als er geen experimentele doorbraken zijn. Ook met
zonne-energie en windenergie zijn er problemen in de zin van
geopolitieke en economische crises. Voor het doen
van experimenten heeft men theoretische overwegingen nodig die die
doorslaggevende experimenten ten
dienst staan en sturen. Het omgekeerde van eerst effecten hebben en dan
pas een theorie, vormt weer een probleem. Zonder theoretische zekerheid
en onderbouwing is er geen onderwijs en wetenschappelijke vooruitgang
mogelijk. Met enkel industrieel ondernemen op basis van uitvindingen
buiten de politiek en de wetenschap om, komen we ook niet verder en
blijven we steken controlekwesties die de cultuurneurose als basis
hebben. De destructieve werking van de
verbrandingsmotor en de schijnbare noodzaak van de niet-duurzame,
gevaarlijke en
milieuvijandige oplossing van de kerncentrale op basis van
kernsplijting, die in feite een
gepimpte stoommachine is, moet ten einde komen. We hebben een beter
begrip voor de nucleaire processen in de kern van de aarde nodig. Dat
begrip moet leiden tot schone kernenergie van fusiecentrales of
kleinere individuele veilige reactoren voor in een auto of huishouden.
De energietechnologie van de toekomst is uiteindelijk die van de schone
kernenergie. Kernenergie heeft immers de grootste energiedichtheid. Er
moet gewerkt worden met een repliceerbaar experiment dat zich
ontwikkeld heeft uit de koude fusie-onderzoekingen die gaande zijn
sedert Fleishman en Pons' eerste moezame constateringen van een
'supernova'-achtig kernenergetisch nagloeieffect onder de
Coulomb-barrière met deuterium en palladium. We moeten af van de
einsteiniaanse definitie van energie als een afleiding van de materie.
De donkere energie die we willen winnen houdt zich schuil in de
kristalroosters van nikkel en andere aardkernmetalen. Met waterstof,
temperatuur en druk kan die energie worden vrijgemaakt zo suggereren de
Rossi-patenten. We moeten het van de afleiding hebben van de energie
die er is als een
zich dynamisch verhouden van de fundamentele natuurkrachten, van de
energie inherent aan de natuurlijke orde van de tijd dus. En dan moeten
we die natuurlijke orde ook gaan zien zoals die is en niet zoals we die
pragmatisch makkelijk hanteerbaar vinden. Het nastreven
van elektrische vervoermiddelen, huishoudens, bedrijven en de daarbij
behorende krachtcentrales die draaien op energie die zo dicht mogelijk
bij de bron van alle natuurlijke energie is gewonnen, is de enige
juiste doelstelling. De natuurlijke orde van de tijd vormt, zowel
theoretisch in de HDT als praktisch in de experimenten zoals
beschreven,
het fundament waarop deze nieuwe cultuur en energiepolitiek, deze
nieuwe - of beter gezegd hernieuwde - wereldorde zich baseert. In
tegenstelling tot de standaardtijd van gemiddelden, zones en
zomerregels met haar cultuurverwarring op politiek en wetenschappelijk
gebied, is het immers de natuurlijke orde van de tijd met haar
religieuze en filosofische tradities die zelf
steeds niet alleen de elektronenspin quantummechanisch gaande houdt,
maar ook het unieke en de vernieuwing van het heden van de planetaire
klok met zijn negen wijzers van al de planeten en de maan
inhoudt.
Ieder moment is op die klok altijd uniek en helemaal nieuw, en die zin
voor de tijd vormt de basis voor ons bewustzijn in een nieuw paradigma
van energiewinning.
Uiteindelijk moet met het inzicht in de
noodzaak van een nieuwe energiepolitiek van directe winning, iedere
religie, politieke stroming, economische invalshoek en wetenschappelijk
denkmodel zijn dienende, opvoedkundige, productieve en bestuurlijke
taak vinden in het geheel van een nieuwe integratie van de
wereldcultuur. Een cultuur die berust op de liefde voor een alles
omvattende, syncretische, materiële en spirituele kennis, ofwel
kort gezegd een cultuur die we filognostisch kunnen noemen. En dat is dan een
cultuur zonder winnaars en verliezers, want dalen en stijgen op de
maatschappelijke ladder is materieel/geestelijk een relatief
verschijnsel, iets dat meer samenhangt met individueel talent en de
wijsheid van een zekere gerijpte persoonlijkheid, dan met een groepsego
voor dit of dat materieel eigenbelang. De burgeridentiteiten liggen min
of meer vast als maatschappelijke structuur, maar de vrije keuze van de
burger ermee is gewaarborgd omdat abstractieniveau, beroepskeuze,
leeftijd en ervaring allemaal variabelen zijn van een in de levensloop
steeds veranderende identiteit. Filognosie, letterlijk liefde voor de
kennis, is de term die we hier claimen om de systematische samenhang te
beschrijven van de verschillende standpunten in niet enkel de
etherpolitiek maar in het gehele veld van alle gezichtspunten (ook
epistemologisch in haar verschillende vormen van logica).
Dat
geheel
hangt
rechtstreeks
samen met de basisindeling van onze
werkelijkheid volgens ons hiërarchisch gestructureerde denkmodel
van de HDT: het dualisme van het manifeste en niet-manifeste perfecte
geheel van de integriteit van de ruimte, de materie en de tijd samen,
die dan in een politiek stelsel moet humaniseren tot een samenhangende
visie of gnosis. Dat humaniseren houdt dan in dat systematisch de
corruptie wordt tegengegaan van het aanzien van het middel van de
energiewinning - in ons geval - voor het doel van een gezamenlijke
redelijkheid of wereldcultuur. Het middel wordt met deze indeling
gevonden in de zes van de wetenschappelijke kennis en haar
paradigmatische macht (d.w.z. van het manifeste tegenover het
niet-manifeste van de ruimte), van de culturele schoonheid en
de levenswijze verzaking ermee (van de dito manifeste en niet-manifeste
materie), en de religieus geregelde roem en de
politiek geregelde rijkdom (met de beschikbare en niet beschikbare tijd;
zie
verder
artikel ). Het doel bestaat dan zo uit de menselijke sapiens, de
kenniscultuur van een integrale, filognostische visie die vanuit
verschillende vormen van geldige logica systematisch is opgebouwd uit 1)
het filosofisch-methodische denken en het
paradigmatisch-wetenschappelijke denken (ofwel het manifeste en
niet-manifeste van de feiten); 2) het
analytisch-artistieke pedagogisch-therapeutische denken en het
bewustzijnsverenigende denken (ofwel het manifeste en niet-manifeste
van de principes); en 3) het religieuze denken dat
staat tegenover de politieke commentaren (ofwel het manifeste en
niet-manifeste van de oorspronkelijke persoon). Zo hebben we dan
de zes verschillende vormen van basislogica van de filognosie op een
rijtje gekregen. Ze vormen dus met wat we hierboven beschreven de
afspiegeling van het manifeste en niet-manifeste van de drie
basiselementen van de tijd, de etherische ruimte en de
elektromagnetische materie der natuur. Het manifeste en het
niet-manifeste is bij de overweging van ons onderwerp van de
energiepolitiek van essentieel belang. Ze bieden immers de twee
elementen die de basis vormen van de energie-omzetting van het nieuwe,
directe-energieparadigma. We gaan daarin van het niet-manifeste
immateriële naar het manifeste van de energie ingevangen in een
zekere vinding die staat voor een bepaalde manier van denken in dit
nieuwe allesomvattende paradigma. Het in het bewustzijn in eenheid
verkeren met deze verscheidenheid - zoals de Europese Unie zich ten
doel heeft gesteld -, houdt dan in dat we bezig zijn met het direct
omzetten van het ongeziene van de vrij in de natuur te vinden energie
naar het manifeste van de elektrificerende relativiteit ervan in alle
lagen van de wereldcultuur. Zo zetten we dan niet alleen de energie om
van een niet-manifest bestaan naar een wel manifest functioneren, maar
zetten we voor de rede omgekeerd ook de filosofie om in een
paradigmatische greep, de analyse van het twee- en meervoudige om in
een juist metafysisch overzicht en zetten we de religie om in een
concrete, identiteitsbewuste politiek gebaseerd op mensenrechten. En zo
is dan het nieuwe paradigma voor de 21e eeuw in zijn volkomenheid
beschreven. De energiekwestie is tot een goed einde gebracht met een
betere, filognostische zin voor de orde van de tijd, de ruimte en de
materie. Eensgezind (blauw vierkantje) delen (rode pijlen) met de orde
(gele cirkel) van de natuur (groene driehoek). Samengevat in

In een lezing vlak daarna in Nederland zei hij toen: 'There can be
no space nor any part of space without gravitational potentials', waarop
hij
besloot
met:
'Recapitulating, we may say that according to the
general theory of relativity space is endowed with physical qualities;
in this sense, therefore, there exists an ether. According to the
general theory of relativity space without ether is unthinkable; for in
such space there not only would be no propagation of light, but also no
possibility of existence for standards of space and time
(measuring-rods and clocks), nor therefore any space-time intervals in
the physical sense. But this ether may not be thought of as endowed
with the quality characteristic of ponderable media, as consisting of
parts which may be tracked through time. The idea of motion may not be
applied to it.' (lezing, Universiteit van Leiden). De basis voor
dit nieuwe begrip van de relatieve ether had hij in 1916 al gelegd.
